Dear Richard, I am sending this letter to let you know how happy we are with the kitchen your company have built and installed at our house. The workmanship is excellent and we have had many compliments from visitors saying that they love it and are impressed by the quality and design. I was impressed by the helpfulness you gave and the fact that the team that you have of plumbers, electricians and builders all worked together exceptionally well and had the kitchen put together and working so quickly and efficiently. I was also very happy seeing the layout for the kitchen in both plan form (which I find hard to follow) and a computer image, which made me see exactly how it was going to look (in a layman’s view). You accepted our changes without hesitation. I also wish to compliment you on your manner, as a personal face of the company I applaud you as being a wonderful representative, as is your team.
